PipePeer Partner Agreement

1. Introduction

This Agreement is entered into between PipePeer and you (Partner) when you apply for or receive lead generation services or website services. By applying, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Lead Exclusivity

PipePeer provides exclusive leads to one Partner per service area. Partner agrees not to share, resell, or transfer leads. Violation results in immediate termination.

3. Lead Quality & Payment

• Leads are pre-screened before matching.
• ALL LEAD PAYMENTS ARE DUE UPFRONT before delivery (first lead free for new plumbers).
• Monthly unlimited plans: $300/month with minimum 10 leads, billed upfront each month.
• Website build fees are due 100% upfront before any design or development begins.
• Partner agrees to respond to emergency leads within 1 hour.

4. Partner Qualifications

Partner must maintain valid Kansas license and current insurance. Unlicensed partners are not eligible.

5. Website Services

• Client owns website upon final payment.
• Hosting and lead plans are month-to-month, cancelable with 30 days notice.
• Mockups provided within 24-48 hours; project proceeds upon approval.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes first attempt mediation, then binding arbitration in Wichita, Kansas.

7. Termination

• 30 days written notice by either party.
• Immediate termination for breach of exclusivity or unlicensed work.

8. Limitation of Liability

Total liability limited to amount paid in preceding 12 months.

9. Entire Agreement

Supersedes all prior agreements.
